“I joined QKS Performing Arts Academy and TrEAD because I was looking to improve my all round performance skills. From just the first session, it was clear that TrEAD is no amateur company! From the first to the last minute of every session we just keep leaning more and more, yet the sessions are so much fun that two hours of hard work fly by. The great thing about Graham and Helen is that they have a way of installing self-belief so that we push ourselves beyond out limits, on up to the professional standard that they both know so well. They have taught us some pretty difficult stuff, but the great atmosphere that they create each week really gives us the confidence to press on until we get it right.” Read the full article in The Queen Katherine School Newsletter Joelle Campbell, Year 11 student at Queen Katherine School |
“I really enjoyed TrEAD’s West End Story, in Cannock and Rugeley, and was once again bowled over by all the talent of this vibrant young theatre group. The show was just as good as a real West End show, and we are so grateful to TrEAD’s Graham Tudor and Helen Noble, who have been so very good to Acorns, raising almost £2000 for us in the past year or so. We are grateful to them for supporting Acorns through such truly enjoyable shows. Congratulations all of you, and I so look forward to continuing the excellent relationship that we have built up with TrEAD.” Toni Hasler |
"I am greatly impressed by the work being done at TrEAD - both its content and quality. The enthusiasm and skill of its directors is reflected in the young people involved. It's great to see a practical programme with genuine outcomes and TrEAD must be one of the best for not only teaching skills in performing arts but also establishing self esteem, confidence and shining a light on a way forward to young people searching for direction. Brilliant work guys!" Craig Christie |
